Tax season is almost here and it will be soon time to file your taxes.
Now is the perfect time to bring in or send over your last pay stub to review your with holdings and get started early.
However, in order to submit your tax return, you will need a valid W-2 form or Wage and Tax Statement, from every employer during 2019. A 1099 form is needed if you’re self employed.
Employers must send your tax documents by January 31st. So, expect to receive your forms by early February.
